Custom Covers

Off-the-shelf covers are cut to fit a range of shapes, so they sag, flap and wear through at the corners. We 3D-scan whatever needs covering and have the cover made from that scan, so it fits exactly.

The scan captures every console, post, rail and top, including aftermarket equipment. It works just as well off the water: we have made covers for outboard engines, heavy equipment and specialty equipment.

How a scanned cover is made

1. Scan

   We 3D-scan the boat, top, engine or equipment that needs covering.

2. Pattern

   The scan becomes an exact digital pattern.

3. Make

   The cover is sewn to that pattern in ripstop or Sauleda fabric.

4. Fit

   The finished cover is fitted on the boat or equipment and checked.

We're also a dealer for T-Top Boat Covers by LaPorte, made in Charleston, SC. They're patterned for specific center console makes and models, so they're a good choice when a fully custom scanned cover isn't needed.
